Clean up payee names
Collapses noisy card-charge strings (e.g. "AMAZON DIGIT*ZR5OB2M888-802-3080") down to the basic brand ("Amazon"). Preview first, then confirm.
Reassign or delete one payee
Pick a payee -> pick a category -> Apply. Or use Delete to zero out every tx from that payee. Both actions honor the scope above.
